When you make an appointment, I reserve that time for you, and it means that it is no longer available to anyone else.
Except in unusual circumstances, you will be charged a reasonable fee of $35 if you cancel or change your appointment less than 48 hours in advance, or if you do not show up for your appointment.
If you are more than 15 minutes late to an appointment, I will consider it a no-show and close the online meeting room.
